In the past, weve covered costs of our public liability and other incidentals on our trips, meetings and events. but this year were unable to fund it ourselfs. It's a sign of the economic times in which we live!

Well.. Haven't posted much recently dues to the amount of coursework, exams and general procrastination that's been happening, but I'll soon be free from all of that.. After next week (I've got a field trip to Wales next week) I'll be free for a couple of weeks before I go to Le Mans for my birthday so I'll be generally updating old blogs I didn't finish (Morocco, Jp etc), as well as sorting out my fossil photos, and writing the various fotw and other pages I said I would ages ago!

In the mean time:

I'm going to stop with the silly codes before each post for a start... I've forgotten what my plan for those was..
Also prepping is coming along well for the orthocone blocks, the sandpaper arrived and I spent half an hour on one block last night and it's starting to look good

So, I've finally got around to starting the Morocco blog, only 3 months after the fact!
Before I start, I must first apologise for the continued lateness of the special fotw pages, these will now be written over Easter due to coursework deadlines.

So, before I start with the Morocco posts, there's a couple of other things to catch up on.

First off, (not such a major thing) this is my 100th post! I seem to be the only person doing much here these days though..


Also, i'm yet to properly start sorting my Morocco fossils, but I do have a few things out of the boxes and on facebook- photos will eventually start appearing here in the right places once I've taken them.

I'm also thinking of turning my bookcase back home (currently...

So, as it's just past midnight there's 8 days to go until Morocco! (Christmas is so meh compared..[sorry if that rhymes])
Food is bought, travel insurance and tickets for the trips out and back are sorted, all I need now is to wait for a week and a day to get onto my flight. The trip has grown recently from 4 to 6 people, with one of my mates gfs and a random spanish guy whose been before now joining 2 of my coursemates and one of our lecturers. We'll be stopping at a few sites, firstly a week in...

Don't worry, this is on it's way.. I'm just a bit strapped for time at the moment but I will get started before I leave..
