Hello everyone,
As you may/may not be-aware we've had issues with a change in software used for our website. This has resulted in a change to the way in which membership is handled. UKAFH will continue to remain FREE, but unfortunately we will require everyone to rejoin. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
In order to rejoin UKAFH, we require a membership form to be completed after reading our disclaimer. Both documents are attached to this email.
Your membership will then be valid for 12 months, after which you will need to re-new.
Any information provided on the membership application will solely be used for UKAFH purposes and will not be passed onto any third parties.
Until you have submitted your membership application and received UKAFH approval in return, you will be UNABLE to attend any of the fossil hunts.
As before, to attend a fossil hunts you must complete page 9 of the Disclaimer. This then needs to be sent to UKAFH with a minimum of 4 DAYS before the date of the fossil hunt. Any received after this time will be then subject to approval and could possibly be declined. Please please get them to us on time!
