Thought i would share what i found yesterday with Alex and a few friends, on a day out to Boulnor and Compton bay.
Had a great day, first time meeting Alex, very friendly guy, knowledgable. Weather held out nice too.
Alex also had the best find of the day, im sure he will share.

A great day indeed, apart from not being able to take back the find of the day!
At Compton I was lucky enough to spot a giant nautiloid (Cymatoceras elegans), almost identical to 'Nellie' that I found in the first year, although possibly a little smaller. Unfortunately, due to its position in the boulder it was in, it would have been impossible to remove it in teh time available, hopefully I can get back there at some point to get it though! Otherwise, I got a nice croc tooth from Bouldner Smile
