Here are a couple of pentacrinites crinoid slabs I found at Seatown Dorset, the smaller one is pretty much prepped and the large is awaiting some tlc and time. Nice complete belemnites as well.

Right, I'm off to Lyme Now! lol

It wasn't fun carrying them off the beach, it was really hot day and seemed to take forever to get back!

Once when I was collecting Ordovician fossils in Sweden, I had around 15kg of stuff to shift about 2 miles back to the house. To get it all back I had to take some about 10 metres, then go back and take the next lot another 10 metres, and so on. What normally takes 15 minutes walk took around 1 hour.
Too ages but it was worth it for those orthoceras.
I am going back there this summer, so I should find some more this year.

I will post some pictures of some of the Swedish fossils later.

Aust is a bit a long drag if you have loaded up on bone bed as well. I think I'm going to invent some super light, super strong, fat wheeled fossil sack trucks! lol

Really looking forward to your Swedish fossils Kosmos
