Sedbury cliffs

Made my first visit to Sedbury cliffs today, a very productive day lots of ammonites, some bivalves and something that looks like coral that i cant id yet, will post a picture to 2 tomorrow.

Wellies a must once you approach the foreshore due to cattle accessing the area the ground is pretty churned up

It would really help if i had read your how to use this forum message :)and had checked that the file size was less than 200k



Item is around 8cm long and best guess is a piece of stalactite?

I am reknown for interesting rocks that are not actually fossils

I will share a copy of my nearly fossils sometime

It does not strike me as anything fossily but it is a cool shape.
