These are just a few house rules so we can all enjoy ourselves.
- Please keep swearing and bad language to a minimum. By all means express yourself but please respect others and avoid causing offence. This forum is not censored - if it were censored we would not be able to discuss the delights of dinosaurs such as Erectopus or Rapetosaurus for example (if that is now censored I have turned the censor on for some reason). Excessive swearing will result in a warning or suspension. Just use common sense.
- Respect other's views. Paleontology has a lot of conflicting theories and opinions so please feel free to argue with each other - however commenting on the obesity of someone’s mother will not decipher the mysteries of the K-T boundary and will result in a warning or suspension.
- Keep uploaded images whether in posts or as profile pictures relevant and clean. The same goes for screen names. The same goes for personal hygiene.
- Do not spam. If you are organising an event or have a business or website which is relevant to geology or paleontology we would love to hear from you in the forum, events should be posted in the "Events" forum. If a post is not relevant or repeatedly posted it will be removed. Do not send private messages or emails to all members advertising a business, event or service... that will result in suspension.
- Repeated suspensions will result in EXTINCTION.
- Have fun, not having fun will result in.... only joking.
