MOROCCAN FOSSILS FOR SALE AT NEXT MEETING - 31st MARCH

I will be selling the following Moroccan fossils at the next meeting, collected and bought in Morocco by myself and a friend.

Still not working? They're fine for me, and you should be able to see them even if you don't have/aren't logged into twitter.. do you get a little box in the top left from not-loaded-correctly-images? If so try right clicking it and choose open in new window etc, or copy image url and paste it into your url bar. I'll try to sort it out soon, but I've got a shedload of coursework for Tuesday atm..

Just looked at the URLs and get an Access Denied page. I think you are using links that are only accessible to you when you are logged into your image hosting service. If you log out of that service then remove all forum cookies (button on home page) you will probably see what we are seeing. See if your image hoster provides you with a URL friendly to outsiders and use that. Similar I imagine to the issue with the quiz this week.

ps, the first post works fine, it is the second post with no images and remarkably different urls

I'm on my phone atm, and I can't see them now.. It's because the first set of pictures are of my fossils so they come from Facebook, whereas the second lot aren't so I uploaded them to twitpic. If you go to twitpic/macrocephale (I sent the link to Craig on fb yesterday, you'll be able to see them. I'll work on moving them somewhere else this evening if possible.

Ok, I've had a look... If you look on the right hand side there is a title saying "Embed this Photo" below that there is a box with some text. Within that text you will see a piece of code that says <img src="http://twitpic.com/show/thumb/8zg4mb.jpg" (or similar) - copy the URL between src=" " and use that as normal to link to your pictures. In the case above the URL will be http://twitpic.com/show/thumb/8zg4mb.jpg - and that will work. However the cheeky buggers only give you a direct link to a 'thumbnail' so you have to link through to their website for the larger image... sneaky b's.
If you are happy with thumbnails and then linking through to the larger images go for it. Otherwise I suggest you get a different image hosting service.

Compromising for now with the thumbnails.. going to find a better hosting service at some point (I'm not a fan of servimg though tbh)

Everyone ready? I've got one very heavy bag of fossils and another with some orthocones in! I'm making a 7 hour round trip for this so someone had better buy something!

im to far away to make the meetings fesible other wise i would buy some of the fossils

If you are interested I could always try putting them in the post
