UK Trilobites

Would be interesting to see some of your trilobites from the UK, please post some of yours!



Here are two examples:

My trilobite finds are only partial however after the weekend I shall have the most gigantic and fantastic specimen ever from wrens nest which i shall post. :p

(might be the one craig dropped several months ago)

I do like your specimens, far better than mine.

One more trilobite, not so good this one, but still a niceish one.

I could get a picture of the latex moulds we've been making at uni of some Welsh trilo's though! One of our units (palaeotechniques) has us doing all sorts of lab stuff hehe

Sorry! I moan when people don't put reference in pics... then I go and forget! about 15mm.

They are loading for me.

They load on my phone but not my pc for some reason.. Very nice though!

All as found. The last one is the cephalon only, as are most from this location, but I love the preservation of the compound eyes. Good luck with the prep.

Very nice trilobites!

Indeed, very nice, the schizochroal eyes are great I need to get mine prepped myself, I've only taken the block with the big one on back to uni with me though..
