Always London, even though I'll be going there with uni again this year, and probably another time or two

London has everything else as well though And there's a new area opened up recently with some of the old animal specimen collections in vinegar

I have been to that, it is not as good as it is said to be, but still worth a look!macrocephale wrote: And there's a new area opened up recently with some of the old animal specimen collections in vinegar

Has anyone been to the Eton college natural history museum? Its only open to public sunday afternoons im just waiting for an oportunity to check it out. No doubt small and I am expecting more pickled animals than fossils but if anyone has ever visted it... whats it like?

Haha I'll be going there with the Earth Soc at uni around a month or so after that, except we'll be getting behind the scenes access probably
Always looking forward to a trip there though, and off to the Oxford Museum on Wednesday for my Vert. Palaeo 2 unit
