Dinosaurs were lighter than previously thought, new study shows

Scientists have developed a new technique to accurately measure the weight and size of dinosaurs and discovered they are not as heavy as previously thought.

I'm pretty sure every study that's come out on Mesozoic reptilian weight estimates- including the marine forms and especially the Pterosaurs is constantly downsizing them.. Fair enough it's because of the old misconception that they would have to have been 100 tonnes or something.. But now it seems to be becoming a game of who can make Tyrannosaurus the lightest..
