New remains from Laos have finally been formally described, and represent the first definitive Spinosaurid from Asia. I'm currently trying to get access to the paper, as there seems to be little definitive data around the many web stories so far (it was published just under two weeks ago). It is from the Early Cretaceous, and has been assigned to Baryonychinae, within the Spinosauridae. It probably had a short sail, like Suchomimus, although there may have been a kink in it (possibly just from damage to the fossil though, I'll see what the authors say once I get the paper).
So, meet Ichthyovenator laosensis
