    Found this echinoid a while back. From Sile, Turkey, believed to be of the upper Cretaceous age.

    Cheers, it looks a bit like a micraster, but I am not sure.

    I was walking to the beach along a path from the campsite when I saw an odd stone in the sand. I picked it up and looked closer - an echinoid! I was chuffed.
